The main plot of the movie is that the lady (Agent Monroe) is on a mission to catch a notorious criminal.
She is only ever called in on a case if it is major, but the only way she can do this is if the local authority co-operate with her.
She has her own battles because the men officers sometimes seem to look down on her because she is a woman.
She ends up in a situation where she has a showdown with the criminal. She ends up getting the criminal arrested and proves to everyone that she is just as good as them
As she tries to catch the criminal, a lot of obstacles get in her way. she manages to over come them
