The audience that theses movies attract are mainly teenagers and especially teenage boys because it has a lot of action and fight scenes however its not too serious which makes it more enjoyable for them to watch.

Research - Genres and sub-genres my preference
My favourite/inspirational genre is comedy. This is because its mostly not serious and you can just sit back, relax and enjoy the movie. Comedy movies can be a sub genre with thriller and action this works effectively because it brings light humour to what is supposed to be a serious/scary film and because it has action in it,which makes it easier for younger audiences to watch.My favourite comedy action movies are Date Night, Rush Hour and The Other Guys.
