Research-Health and Safety

Health and safety is very important so before we started to film outside we were taught about the dangers we could face using the equipments and location and how we can avoid it. For example we were told that we can not film in the train stations because that would be too dangerous and we were also told think about our location for example it won't be a smart idea to film in a bad neighbourhood at night.

We were taught how to actually use the camera so we won't damage it. For example we learnt how to place and eject the memory card safely, play back, zoom in and out and more. We also learnt how to safely set out the tripod and place the camera on it, for example its important to lock the camera in the tripod otherwise it would fall out and break. We can't leave the equipments unattended otherwise someone might steal it. After finishing filming we have to carefully pack our equipments and make sure not to forget to collect anything.
